Dennis Smith of Litchfield, CT, Eileen Chernasky of Westerly, RI, Jill Carini of East Lyme, Keith Turner of New London, Matt Souto of Middletown and Lou Lopez of Fairfield all passed their National Mortgage Licensing Exams in November 2011, qualifying them to originate loans on behalf of McCue Mortgage. As of December, they have completed the auxiliary training program instituted by McCue Mortgage. Mortgage loan originators are required by state and federal law to complete a strict curriculum of book work, field time and training before they are allowed to prepare mortgages on their own.
