The McCue Mortgage Company Management Team

McCue Mortgage is owned and managed by William J. McCue, a veteran of over 25 years in real estate finance. Bill began his career at Hartford National Bank before assuming control of The McCue Mortgage Company from his father in 1977.

Frank J. Haran, Jr., First Executive Vice President, has had over 25 years of extensive real estate finance experience since receiving his Masters in Real Estate Finance from the University of Wisconsin. Frank joined McCue Mortgage in 1983. His primary responsibilities include managing the Company’s wholesale lending division.

Kim Neilson is the Executive Vice President of Secondary Marketing at McCue Mortgage, responsible for managing the loan pipeline including the daily assessment of risk as it relates to current market conditions. Kim maintains relationships with investors as well as prices loans to assure profitability. Kim has been in the real estate finance business since 1986.

Donna M. DiBenedetto, Vice President of Production and Closing, joined the company in 1980. She oversees the loan process and has been part of the management team since 1982.

Sue Sklenka is the Vice President and Comptroller responsible for accounting and system administration. Sue oversees a team responsible for corporate accounting, finance, system administration and investor reporting. She is a CPA and has been in the real estate finance industry for many years.

Margaret Osborn is the Vice President of Servicing and is responsible for managing the Company’s servicing department including payment collection, processing and year-end reporting. Margaret has been with McCue Mortgage for 18 years.

Gary Kulik is Vice President of Marketing and is responsible for the Company’s strategic and tactical marketing efforts including advertising, communications, public relations and website development. Gary has over 18 years experience in marketing including consumer and business to business marketing.

Kate McCue, Vice President, became the third generation of family at McCue Mortgage when she joined full-time in 2000. She received her Master’s of Business Administration with a concentration in Real Estate Finance from the University of Connecticut in 2008. Kate is involved in several collaborative marketing and sales initiatives but her primary responsibility includes the management of the Company’s special projects.

Cathy Kehoe is Assistant Vice President of McCue Mortgage’s Inside Sales Department and is responsible for managing and growing the inbound sales team. Her team covers all loan origination throughout the State of Connecticut, Massachusetts and Rhode Island. Cathy’s career includes fifteen years of mortgage and investment banking.
